Cellofoam® high density expanded polystyrene (HD-EPS) insulation is a rigid, foamed plastic with resilient closed cells molded in a range of densities and sizes to meet your application needs.


Our EPS insulation provides permanent R value, inherent water resistance, excellent physical strength, and dimensional stability. 


And all this at a relatively low cost! Making it the ideal insulation choice for roofing, perimeter, cold storage, exterior and cavity wall insulation, polyshield fanfold, leveling board and non-structural sheathing. Formulations with insect/termite resistance are also available. 

PolyShield Wall and Ceiling Insulation

Perfect for insulating interior walls and ceilings. No minimum or maximum size orders. 


Custom sizes from 1/2" - 6". A Grade 4' x 8' x 1-1/2" foil faced closed cell EPS and 4' x8' x 2".

Cellofoam Poly Shield® Fan-Fold is a wall insulation and underlayment that significantly reduces application labor costs while adding R-value to your exterior walls. 


Cut in 24" panels along its 4' x 50' expanse, the insulation is easily transported accordion style and then rapidly unfolded flat and attached.
